I am looking for flatmate for a spacious apartment in Brdo. I am from India and have been living here for few years.
Tha apartment is a part of house ,located at ground floor. i am subleting a small room with a spacious cozy big living room ,furnished kitchen with all equipment, one bath room with two toilets,( sharing) free parking and sitting area in front of the house and three minutes walk is bus stop, hofer, dm, teddi market.
The owner- landlord is very nice and warm person but he does not want to give rent agreement for another person,but you can register your temporarily address in upravna enota.
The price for the room is 400 euro per month which includes other cost like electricity,internet,garbage etc.
I am looking someone who is regualar employed and likes to keep things around clean and tidy. I am very flexible,respectfull,to other people"s space and common flat agreement.
