Varščina je 150 €/osebo.

DOUBLE ROOM (14 m2) in a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom apartment (80 m2) NEAR THE CENTER (close to Tivoli park and Tržaška street). FULLY EQUIPPED (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm with quality mattresses, 2x wardrobe, 2x desk and 2x work chair, 2x shelf above the table).
LOCATION: 5-10 min walk to some central faculties (faculty of arts, pharmacy, mechanical engineering, mathematics and physics, electrical engineering...), 15 min walk to the center, 10 min walk to Tivoli park.
COMMON SPACES: nice and well equipped - kitchen (gas and electric hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, sandwich maker, microwave oven, hot water kettle), table and 4 chairs, sofa and TV, bathroom (shower, washing machine, hairdryer), separate toilet, balcony (table and 2 chairs), hallway (wardrobe, mirror), utility (vacuum cleaner, ironing table, iron...).
